The Top Suites was launched in 2016 to provide purpose-built exclusive youth accommodation in Nigeria to similar standards to the UK accommodation sector where we have spent most of our lifes & drawn expertise in service provision. Top Suites is an inspirational place for young adults to live. Top Suites is second to none, proactive and upfront in bringing a new energy and level of service to the accommodation sector in Nigeria. We pride ourselves on delivering high levels of service, security and attention to detail. We listen to our tenants, their families and employers. We want these occupied 100% of the time and we can only do this by being excellent.
Our vision is to provide dwellings where Nigerian youths will be inspired, loved, exposed to the word of God and deprived youths blessed. We want to change the way accommodation is provided for the young adults, raising people’s expectations about service, quality and communication. We want our young clients to find renting a suite from us incredibly easy, feel safe, comfortable and well looked after. We try to make everything we do as clear and upfront as possible. We want the young adults who rent from us to understand what they’re getting and strive to fulfil their accommodation needs as best as we can. We aim to have acommodation close to lots of safe communities all over Nigeria.

Our first completed accommodation located at Onikolobo Abeokuta is designed around the local community, local market and sustainably built with quality materials. All our suites have a private bathroom, kitchenette, Reading furniture, Windows blinds and Beddings

We provide partial power through solar panel & inverter system
We provide clean water through our twin borehole & water reservoiur system dependant on power supply
Our premises are spacious, paved and gated with high fence to provide some protection to residents in a friendly community area
We provide general maintenance for the building, solar power system, borehole system to prevent service interruptions
The company is family owned and the owners of this compamy have spent most of their lifes abroad, where the vision was birth to create descent, comfortable and affordable accommodation for young vibrant men and women of destiny who are about to establish themselves. Our values and vision is to help them create an environment where they can flourish, be exposed to the Word and excel as they launch into their careers.
These Rates are based on 10 Months Tenancy
